Tangy Snackers Bloody Mary Mocktail

Course Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Ingredients

  • 3 or 6 oz Package of ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Tangy Snackers
  • 32 oz Clamato or Tomato juice
  • Limes
  • 8 oz Cubed cheese
  • 16 oz Celery
  • 16 oz Pepperoncini Peppers
  • Long toothpicks
  • 1 tsp Salt & Pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1.5 tsp Tabasco
  • 0.5 tsp Celery salt
  • 16 oz Green olives
  • 24 oz Pickle spears
  • 4 oz Bacon salt (Optional)

Instructions

  • Slice ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Tangy Snackers into inch long segments.
  • Skewer Cheese, Olives, Pepperoncini Peppers, cut limes and Tangy Snackers together, Set aside.
  • Dip the rim of the glass in a quarter inch of water them immediately dip into bacon salt to rim your glass (Optional but very tasty)
  • Add in Clamato or Tomato Juice leaving room at the top for the Tangy Snacker Skewer
  • Add in a couple dashes of Worcestershire, Salt, Pepper, Lime Juice, Celery salt and Tabasco to taste
  • Place Tangy Snacker Skewer on top of the glass and Enjoy!

  • Fresh lettuce
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • Dijon mustard
  • Five grain bread, toasted

Instructions

  • Lightly toast the bread so it turn golden brown. Spread on the Dijon Mustard. Layer ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Sliced Tangy Summer Sausage (as much as you like), Cheddar Cheese, Dijon Mustard and repeat until you have a triple decker Sliced Tangy Sandwich. Enjoy!

  • 16 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Tangy Summer Sausage, diced
  • 16 oz. Baby dill pickles, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Dill weed
  • Crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Using your mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Fold in sausage, pickles, and dill weed. Chill until ready to eat.
  • Serve with your favorite crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.

Ingredients

For the Pasta Salad

  • 1 lb. Bowtie pasta, cooked
  • 1 cup ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ tangy summer sausage, diced
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 cup Grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced, plust more for garnish

For the Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Favorite bottled italian dressing
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine bowtie pasta, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ tangy summer sausage.
  • In a medium bowl, combine Italian dressing and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until combined.
  • Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!

Onion Cranberry Pecan Bacon Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 4 slices ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Bacon
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Chopped parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped, toasted and cooled completely

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Place bacon on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until very crispy. Allow to drain on a paper towel and then cut into small pieces. Set aside. Stir together the cream cheese and cheddar until it's evenly combined. Mix in the dried cranberries, green onions, and parsley. Spread toasted pecans onto a baking sheet. Form the cheese into a ball shape. Roll the cheese ball around on the chopped bacon then pecans to completely coat the outside of the ball. Completely cover with plastic wrap and store overnight or at least 4 hours to allow the flavors to mix. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Tangy Summer Sausage
  • 1 pack Hawaiian Rolls (12)
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese
  • 12 slices Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Salted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion powder
  • Marinar sauce for serving (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Leaving the rolls attached, slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and then set the top half aside. Place the bottom half in a glass baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the butter, garlic, Italian seasoning and onion powder together. Using a spoon or basting brush, spread half of the mixture over the bottom half of the buns.
  • Layer the provolone cheese over the bottom rolls, followed by the pepper jack cheese, and sliced ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Tangy Summer Sausage. Place the top half of the rolls back on top.
  • Using a spoon or basting brush, spread the remainder of the butter mixture over the top of the sliders. Bake for 7-8 minutes, or until the top of the buns turn a golden brown. Cut them apart and serve with marinara sauce. Enjoy!

  • Preheat oven to 425 F, place a sheet of parchment paper on baking sheet, lay ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ bacon on parchment paper. Place in oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown or desired crispiness. Tear ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Bacon into bit sized pieces. Combine all ingredients, place in jar or bowl. Enjoy!

Peanut Butter Bacon Donut Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Favorite ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ bacon
  • 1 Glazed donut
  • 8 oz Hamburger
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Seasoned salt
  • 1 tbsp. Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. Honey
  • American cheese, sliced

Instructions

  • Add salt, pepper, and seasoned salt to hamburger, mix. Make two 4 oz patties, sear burgers on a flat top until done. In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 8 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Slice the glazed donut in half, this will be the bun. Place on flat top for 5 minutes, or until a little crispy. Take one burger place on 1/2 of the glazed donut top with peanut butter, your favorite ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Bacon, and honey. The other burger top with your favorite ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Bacon, and American Cheese. Take the other half of the glazed donut and make the inside your top of your Peanut Butter Bacon Donut Burger!

Ingredients

For the Sauce

  • 8 Garlic cloves
  • 1 2" Piece peeled ginger
  • 5 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 5 tbsp. Korean chile paste
  • 2-1/2 tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. Asian sesame oil
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. Honey

For the Chicken

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1-1/2 tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • Canola oil, for frying
  • 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves, cut into 1-1/2" chunks

For the Waffles

  • 2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1-1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter or oil
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • Wooden skewers
  • 1 lb. Favorite ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Bacon

Instructions

  • Whisk flour, cornstarch, and water in a medium bowl. Add chicken; toss. Set in refrigerator.
  • Add all ingredients for the sauce in a food processor. Heat sauce over medium heat in a heavy sauce pan and stir. Cook until it turns a little darker in color. Add ¼- 1/2 cup water if sauce is too thick. Set aside.
  • Heat 2" of oil into a large pot. Heat over medium-high heat until a thermometer reads 350?.
  • Heat a waffle iron. Whisk all ingredients for the waffles together and aside while you cook the chicken.
  • Working in batches, fry chicken until golden, 5-6 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Bring heat back up to 350? after each batch. Toss cooked chicken in sauce.
  • Brush vegetable oil over hot waffle iron on both sides and immediately pour waffle batter into iron. Cook until golden brown. Lift waffle out of iron and repeat.
  • Preheat oven to 425F, place a sheet of parchment paper on baking sheet, lay ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ bacon on parchment paper. Place in oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown or desired crispiness.
  • Put one piece of chicken, then a waffle piece, followed by Many slices of ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Bacon and another piece of chicken on the skewer. Serve with melted butter and syrup to dip waffle. Enjoy!

  • 1 lb. Package of ¶¶Òõ¶ÌÊÓÆµ Hickory smoked bacon
  • 12-16 Dill pickle spears
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Set a wire cooling rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Pat the pickle spears dry with a paper towel, and wrap each one with one slice of bacon. Secure the ends with a toothpick
  • Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake on a rack in the top third of your oven for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
  • Cool for 5 minutes. Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Enjoy!
